Orders
When will my order ship?
ASAP! All orders can take up to 1 business day to process and ship from our headquarters. From there, it usually takes 4 to 7 business days for U.S. orders to deliver. Just a heads up, our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.
Where is my order?
If you want to check on the status of your order, you can find a link to your tracking info within your order confirmation email or your shipping confirmation email. Clicking “Track Order” from your email will take you to your order confirmation page where you’ll see your tracking number and the current status of your order: confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, or delivered. You can also click on your tracking number for more specific information about your order from the shipping carrier.
We recommend you sign up for text alerts about your order as well. To sign up, navigate to your order confirmation page and click on the button that says “Get shipping updates by Text”.
Can I make a change to an order after it’s been placed online?
If you’d like to make a change - such as request a different size, adjust your shipping address, or cancel your order - please reach out to us at

What are my options for faster shipping?
Expedited 2-day and overnight delivery is available from a range of couriers and calculated by package weight. Just purchase one of these options at checkout. Please take into consideration that your order will ship via your selected method after the required 1-2 business days of processing time required to pack your order.
How do you ship orders?
We offer free shipping on orders over $80.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, orders will typically ship through USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers will be available ASAP.
How quickly do items ship?
All items ship within 1-3 business days unless item is labeled as pre-order or back-order.

International Orders
How much does international shipping cost?
We calculate shipping rates based on weight and transit distance. Rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. These latter incurred fees are the customer’s responsibility.
How do you ship international orders?
We ship anywhere outside the domestic US using either FedEx, UPS, or DHL. We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the carrier.
Please note that transit rates are contingent upon distance and the weight of your shipped item(s). Rates are not inclusive of taxes or duties and Fruit of Earth does not pay for any duties or local/country-specific import taxes that may be owed for international orders. Additionally, an international shipment may be subject to customs delays.
How much will I pay in import taxes?
You are responsible for any customs duties and taxes associated with your order. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
