How do I make a domestic return?
To check on the status of your return and refund, please find your return tracking number. This tracking number is available in your return confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed once the package has been delivered to our headquarters in Pleasant Prairie.
When will my refund appear?
Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time your return is delivered to our headquarters for us to process a return. Please note that once we refund your original form of payment, this credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank.
How long does the exchange/return process take?
If everything runs like clockwork, the entire process takes right around two weeks.
Since requesting an exchange/return and obtaining return postage is a self-service system, you can complete this step as quickly as you like.
Email click here or email hello@fruitofearth.com with your order number to initiate your returns process. Once you send an item back, it will reach us typically within 3-7 business days, if sent within the domestic US. Up to 7 business days are required for us to process an exchange/return once receiving your item(s).
If you’re returning an item, your refund will be processed once the return has been delivered and is checked back into our warehouse. Typically, this process takes 3 to 5 business days from the time you place your return in the mail. If you’ve sent back a return and still have not received a refund within 10 business day, please let us know.
If you’re exchanging an item, as soon as you complete your exchange request and obtain your shipping label, you’ll receive an order confirmation for your new replacement order. That order will ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the item being exchanged..

How do I make an international return?
At this time, Fruit of Earth does not support international returns or exchanges meaning we cannot provide you with a return shipping label.

How do I make a domestic exchange?
Making a return or exchange is pretty easy!

hello@fruitofearth.com with your order number to initiate your return or exchange. - Complete the return steps, selecting if you’d like to exchange for another size or return for a refund. You will then obtain your return shipping label.Read the instructions given when completing the return steps. It’ll tell you what you’ll need to know to send your item back! At this time we only support exchanges for a different size of the same item and color.
- Hang tight while your item makes its way back to our warehouse. Once it does, you’ll be immediately refunded or shipped out the requested exchange item.

You have 30 days from when you received your item to send it back for a full refund. Only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free or stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed will be eligible for returns or exchangesÂ

What is your exchange/return policy?
You may exchange or return any product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days having received it. The 30 day period begins on the day the product is delivered to you. Once you have initiated a return, you have 28 days to ship it or you’ll lose your refund.
